The recently formed New Zealand Data Futures Partnership (NZDFP) has announced its first 2 catalyst projects in the first tranche, selected from over 70 applications, in May 2016. The following is an extract from their newsletter:
Application is already open for the second tranche of projects and closes on 20 May. They are particularly looking for initiatives to solve real life problems using the power of data from a range of public and private sectors. Funding of up to $50,000 per project is available and in certain circumstances higher amounts may be considered.
SIBA urges members to carefully consider the project criteria and participate either in conjunction with your clients or to further your own innovative projects. See more details on the NZDFP web site: datafutures.co.nz
